We are not responsible for any Postal delays, and or any delays caused by the public information officer/s in supplying the information to the client. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Only our team members and or our authorized employees use your information for providing you the best services and also for contacting you in this RTI related matters. None of our team members uses your information nor do we sell your information to any other third party. RTI (Right to Information)


Right to Information is now a fundamental right of every citizen. It was passed by the parliament in 2005 and have been in operation since then.


Every citizen of India is entitled to know the working,financial affairs and recruitment etc in government offices in both the central and state government.


Anybody in India can file an RTI in any government office , more importantly it is not necessary that the person filing RTI should be from the same state. For example, A person from Rajasthan can file an RTI in Delhi,Pubjan,U.P etc.


More importantly identity of the applicant is not revealed and nobody is asked to provide his/her identity of Indian citizenship,in this way it is very safe.


RTI ACT

The Right to Information Act (RTI) is an Act of the Parliament of India "to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens". This law was passed by Parliament on 15 June 2005 and came fully into force on 12 October 2005. Erstwhile it was just a legal right but now it has been articulated by the honourable supreme court as a fundamental right.
